We want you (and your pup) to love your order!

Custom Orders

Because our custom beaded collars, Biothane gear, and other made-to-order items are handcrafted to your dog's measurements, they are not eligible for returns or refunds. However, if your custom item needs a size adjustment, we're happy to resize it for you.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from Wiggle Butt Wagon for any resizing requests. Please double-check your measurements before ordering to ensure the best fit!

Returns & Exchanges

Non-custom merchandise - including apparel, accessories, toys, and other non-edible items - may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition

• Returned with original packaging

• Free from pet hair, odors, or signs of wear

Treats & Food Products

For the safety of all pups, all edible items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
